A shortage of combat pilots during WWII saw the Air Transport Auxiliary service recruit civilian aviators, including women. Hamble is the incredible story of these female pilots. Silver Studios were delighted to provide techvis for Bedlam Film Productions LED Wall shoot which took place at Warner Brother’s huge 24000ft2 V Stage at Leavesden Studios.
Silver Studios integrated a 3D model of the Tiger Moth Plane with the RoboMoco rig into a 3D scan of the V Stage. By doing so, we were able to work with the DoP to accurately assess how the LED wall and ceiling coverage would look before the actual shoot. This level of previsualization can help ensure that lighting and camera setups are optimized, potentially saving time and money during the shoot itself. It allows for adjustments to be made in advance, reducing the need for costly on-set modifications or reshoots.
